Protection of data privacy

GästeMonitor provides online questionnaires which enable our customers to measure service quality and guest satisfaction.

Centrum für QualitäsMonitoring GmbH does not run online surveys for its own purposes but on behalf of its clients. Thus, the online questionnaire you have accessed after having entered your access code has been designed according to the specifications of our client. Responsibility for the questions and content of the requested information lies with the client.

As a matter of course, we will treat all information given in the online surveys with the utmost responsibility, respecting all pertinent regulations for the protection of data privacy.

The survey is launched by entering the individual access code. Your anonymous answers will be aggregated with the answers of other participants and analysed only in this form, thus providing that no reference to individual data sets or participants can be drawn.

At the end of the survey you will be given the opportunity to enter your address in case you wish to receive further information or would like to be contacted concerning specific issues. In order to collect, process and use this individual data an explicit permission of the participant is needed. This permission is given by clicking the "send"-button. The data is treated with the utmost discretion. The permission may of course be withdrawn at any time.

We assure that in the course of the collection, processing and use of your data no third party will have access to either your personal data or your answers given in the questionnaire.

The responsibility for the collection, processing and statistical analysis of the anonymous answers lies with Centrum für QualitätsMonitoring GmbH.
